Shipping Locations
We offer shipping to multiple destinations. The available countries will be listed in the "Country" section at checkout. Please select your country to confirm delivery.
Shipping Costs
As part of our commitment to providing the best home décor, we ensure fast and efficient delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
Processing Time
After confirming your purchase, our delivery partner will typically contact you within 24 to 72 hours to schedule your delivery.
Delivery Estimates
Your order will arrive in tubes with our delivery partner on the scheduled date and time. Deliveries are typically expected to arrive within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Upon making a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. Within 3 business days of receiving this confirmation email, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number. Your order will typically be delivered within 10 business days from the date you receive your tracking number.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
You may cancel or make changes to your order before it is shipped. Once the product has left our warehouse, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. If you still need to cancel your order, please accept the product upon delivery and contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Day of Delivery
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery at the scheduled time. If no one is available, we will attempt to leave the package in a secure location with a photo confirmation.
SHIPPING POLICY FOR PRODUCTS
Purchases made on Sam's Club are governed exclusively by Sam's Club's Shipping and Returns Policies. Our company explicitly disclaims any liability regarding shipping or returns, as these matters fall solely under Sam's Club's jurisdiction. To ensure compliance, be sure to review their full policy.
Shipping Methods
For most products, only standard shipping is available. However, select items can be shipped express:
- Standard: 3-5 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days
Shipping times do not include processing time. Some items are only available for shipping within the continental U.S. (all 48 states). Weather-related shipping delays are beyond the control of SamsClub.com..
Items that are too large or too heavy for small parcel shipping are sent via a designated freight carrier. Once the freight carrier receives your order, they will contact you to arrange a delivery time, typically within a 4-hour window Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
Shipping Costs for Club Members
Active Club Members, Guest Members, Add-ons, and Plus Add-ons may qualify for free shipping on select items marked accordingly; however, most items will require shipping costs. Free shipping is limited to a total of up to 10 addresses for Club Members. Members with a $50 membership receive free shipping on items marked “Free Shipping”. Upgrading to a Plus Membership is recommended for broader eligibility. Shipping fees vary based on item size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address, applicable to both Club Members with an active membership and guests without membership.
Shipping Costs for Plus Members
Active Plus Members (Primary & Complimentary) receive free shipping on eligible items with no minimum purchase, limited to a total of up to 10 addresses. Plus Members enjoy free shipping on most online items labeled as such, with some exclusions. Only Primary or Complimentary Cardholders on a Plus Membership qualify for free shipping, including to Hawaii. Club Members receive free shipping on select items and enjoy reduced shipping costs for Hawaii. Items marked for free shipping require an additional charge when shipped to Hawaii. In cases where shipping charges are overlooked and should have been applied, we will charge the card on file for any missed shipping fees.
Exclusions from Free Shipping for Plus Members
Exclusions from free shipping for Plus Members include large items shipped via freight carriers (TVs are an exception) and orders from reseller sites. Free shipping is restricted to ground shipping and excludes Puerto Rico.
Additional Information
Free shipping is limited to ground shipping, with fast shipping options requiring additional costs unless specified as free. The Plus free shipping program provides complimentary standard shipping on online items only, excluding shipping from the club. Shipping costs for most items depend on size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address. Your shopping cart will estimate shipping costs based on the lowest-price method to a single address within the contiguous United States. Choosing an alternative shipping method or delivering outside the contiguous United States (e.g., Hawaii) will likely increase shipping costs. Shipping to Puerto Rico and Alaska is excluded.
Tracking Orders
The delivery time of your order consists of two phases: processing and shipping.
- Processing: This is the time between placing your order and the item leaving the warehouse. For most items, processing is handled electronically and typically takes 1-2 business days for small parcels and 1-7 business days for larger freight shipments.
- Shipping: This begins once the item leaves the warehouse and continues until it reaches your delivery address. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
It may take 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be registered and visible in the carrier's system. If you cannot see your shipment details immediately, please wait a full business day and check again.
If, after 2 business days from receiving your tracking email, you still cannot track your order, please contact us for an update.
